Darlington with A4 No 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley. The year is  April 1958 & she has just been fitted with a double chimney in Dec 1957. Now preserved by the S.N.G.P.Trust

Built Nov 1949 A1 60157 Named Nov 1951 Great Eastern seen at Darlington Sheds. None of these we preserved, a replica is been built at Darlington North Rd next to the museum. Withdrawn Jan 1965

3mt 82027 a standard B.R built at Swindon1952. She is on a  local train at Darlington south bound 1950s.

Introduced 1942 by Thompson B1 61256 on the bypass tracks at Darlington southbound. She is in B.R black 1960s livery.

1959 Locomotion was a static visitor to Darlington Station, she represents the early begging's of passenger steam power. A replica was made for the 1975 150 celebrations and is kept at Beamish

69022 in B.R 1950s black livery.
